Each individual user is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
